In journal club this week, Noelle Sullivan will lead our discussion of a recent paper by Claire Wendland:
Wendland, C. L. (2008). Research, therapy, and bioethical hegemony: the controversy over perinatal AZT trials in Africa. African Studies Review, 51(3), 1-23.
We will continue our nomadic ways this week and move back to Turlington 1208 from 10:40 – 11:30 a.m. Hopefully, by the time we meet the Registrar’s office will have processed the room and schedule change and I’ll be able to announce where we will meet for the rest of the semester. In the meantime, thanks for your patience.
