TAPS field school in Bolivia

I’ve just returned from a short trip to the Bolivian Amazon, where I taught at the NSF-sponsored summer field school in cultural anthropology and worked with colleagues in the Tsimane’ Amazonian Panel Study (TAPS). Here are a few photos to give you a flavor for the place. NSF has just funded the field school for another few years, so interested graduate students in anthropology should keep an eye on QualQuant.net for details about the next round of applications in 2010.
